Wild & Immersive – Tiny Homes 101

Payment: Payment is due in full at time of registration. To pay by cheque, please e-mail wild.immersive.wl@ubc.ca.
Cancellation Policy: A lot of preparation and effort goes into planning our events. Registrations can be cancelled with a minimum of 1-month notice and a refund will be issued less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations with a minimum of 14 days’ notice will not receive a refund. In the event of illness, the student can have their registration transferred to another participant, or credited towards a future program. If Wild & Immersive has to cancel, a full refund will be issued.
Acknowledgement of Risk: An Acknowledgement of Risk Form must be filled out by each participant. Forms will be e-mailed prior to the event.
Illness Policy: Participants exhibiting cold or flu like symptoms will not be allowed to participate in group programming.
What to Bring: Please be prepared! Events are outdoors and run in all weather conditions (with the exception of safety concerns). Participants must have appropriate clothing and footwear for all weather conditions.
Please note that Wild & Immersive collects personal information during the registration process in order to plan and run our camps and programs. It is our legal authority to request the information for registration purposes. This information will only be used in the running of our programs, and will not be used for any other purpose.
