Participants will leave with 6 valentine's themed chocolate medallions, and supplies to take home.
This casual workshop is held in the Silva House, please dress comfortably.

Payment:
Payment is due in full at time of registration. To pay by cheque, please e-mail wild.immersive.wl@ubc.ca.
Cancellation Policy:
A lot of preparation and effort goes into planning our events. Registrations can be cancelled with a minimum of 14 days notice and a refund will be issued less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations with a minimum of 14 days’ notice will not receive a refund. In the event of illness, the student can have their registration transferred to another participant, or credited towards a future program. Please send cancellation requests to wild.immersive.wl@ubc.ca prior to the start of program. If Wild & Immersive has to cancel, a full refund will be issued.
Illness Policy:
There is zero tolerance for any participant attending programs while sick or exhibiting cold or flu like symptoms.
Participation and Behaviour:
The safety of each individual at Wild & Immersive is of the utmost importance. Any behaviours that place the student or others at risk may result in the students immediate dismissal from the program. If dismissed, the parent/guardian accepts costs for the remainder of the program. Refunds will not be granted to students who refuse to participate in the program.

Please note that Wild & Immersive collects personal information during the registration process in order to plan and run our programs. It is our legal authority to request the information for registration purposes. This information will only be used in the running of our programs, and will not be used for any other purpose.
