We believe our programs should be accessible to every child, regardless of their financial situation. Applications will be taken on an ongoing basis until funding cap is met.
Applicants for the WILD & IMMERSIVE WILLIAMS LAKE BURSARY must complete this application in full and submit prior to program registration.

Wild & Immersive Williams Lake Bursary Policies

Considerations for bursary recipients include circumstances such as income, family size, and other significant hardships. Applications must be submitted in full, please send any additional information by e-mail to wild.immersive.wl@ubc.ca.
Bursaries cannot be transferred to another participant or program. If cancelled, refunds for amounts covered by bursaries will not be granted.
Submission of an application does not guarantee receipt of bursary or full amount applied for.
Value of bursary may vary based on number of applicants and needs of qualifying family.
Receipt of a bursary does not guarantee funding for additional years or programs. Families will be required to re-apply for program at each registration period.
Children must qualify (be within age range) for program selected. Applications do not guarantee an available space in desired program until confirmation is sent by e-mail.
Our programs are held at 795 Campbell Road, Williams Lake. Transportation to/from our location is the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
Confirmation of bursary amounts granted will be provided by e-mail. Invoices for program costs not covered by bursaries will be sent by e-mail, standard payment terms apply.
